Extension Experts Complete Central London Flat Alteration

LONDON - Dec. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- The Extension Experts have just completed the design and drawings for alterations to a loft in the affluent Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in the Thuroe's and Smith Conservation Area.

The project involved alterations of a property in Roland Gardens in order to provide alterations to the existing property including the provision of new balconies and external spaces, as well as improving the internal living space through improved internal lighting.

The Planning Application has just been submitted the Kensington & Chelsea planning department for review.

The application included the preparation of elevations, plans, and section drawings of both the proposed and existing designs, as well providing a Design & Access Statement to satisfy the requirements of the planning department.

We await news from the planning department on the application and in the mean time proceed with the preparation of the Building Regulations drawings and detailed structural design in order to progress the works in early 2016.
