Letter from Dr. Kinsler to Patients

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Dec. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Dear Patients,

Happy Holidays! Hopefully this message reaches you in good health and surrounded by loved ones as the holidays approach us. In case you are not aware, I have been using my experience from many years in practice, research and business to do consulting during the past year. The work involves transforming and redefining healthcare delivery in our area and in other parts of the country. I have even been asked to contribute to projects in other countries as they improve their own healthcare systems. It is both challenging and rewarding but also quite time-consuming. It became impossible for me to pursue this and practice as well. As a result, I have not treated patients since August.

I wanted to take the opportunity during this season of cheer and reflection to inform you that I decided to sell the practice to my partner who has been treating our patients since 2015, Dr. John Crawford. John has become a good friend and trusted colleague and actually made this decision much easier for me.

I had a feeling this was the path my consulting would take me. I didn’t tell you sooner because I wanted you to experience Dr. Crawford’s treatment compared to mine and see there was really no difference. For those that have been routinely coming, there was none, was there? If anything, Dr. Crawford has learned newer techniques and procedures and is delivering even better care than I did!

When you come in for your next visit, rest assured that the office you have come to know is the same. The pricing is the same, the hours are the same, and even the staff is the same. Everything still is what you’ve come to expect and rely upon us to provide. Actually, if you have been following along and taken advantage of Dr. Crawford’s wide array of skills, you’ll have noticed that the practice has even grown to add acupuncture services on Tuesdays.  This was my intention all along: to bring new life and new services to my patients as I pass the torch to the next generation.

At this time of transition, allow me to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of the dedicated patients who have given me the great honor of caring for them at Natural Health Chiropractic over the past two decades. Thank you for trusting me with your health and the health of your family. Thank you for seeking my advice and listening to my words. Thank you for teaching me and connecting to me on a personal level. For being my friends and giving me the wonderful privilege to be of service to you.

I know everyone at Natural Health Chiropractic is very much looking forward to bringing fresh new passion to the office and community. Dr. Crawford is an exceptionally talented, compassionate and committed doctor and acupuncturist and is well-equipped to carry on the legacy Dr. Lamendola began, and Dr. Elliott and I continued.

If you have yet to be treated by Dr. Crawford, I highly encourage you to do so – he has regularly treated me and the office staff. Thank you for all the years we shared and for being so understanding of my personal and professional goals. Dr. Crawford, Tammy, Amy and Judy all look forward to continuing to see you and take care of you for many more years to come.
