The General Insurance Logo & Mascot Evolution & Timeline

LAKEWOOD, Calif. - Nov. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- The adorable mascot from The General® has evolved over time. http://www.General-CarInsurance.com has recently added a page titles "Logo Timeline" where visitors may view the evolution of The General® mascot.

The General® began selling insurance under the company name Permanent General Agency.  Over the years, The General has sold insurance through various companies including Permanent General Assurance Corporation (Permanent General® or PGAC® for short).  Although the adorable mascot didn’t join the ranks until a few decades later, The General® brings over 50 years of experience to the table in the Auto Insurance business.  The General is proud of its long history!

As you can see from the page, The General mascot received his first cell phone in November of 2000. As you can see, his cell phone was almost as big as he was in 2000.

It is fun to take a look down memory lane. Most of us who are old enough have seen The General® Insurance commercials over the years and will enjoy this new page just put up on the website.
