Nervous About Complying with FSMA?

TraceGains’ FSMA webinar series begins November 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. MST with guest speaker Marc Sanchez who will present an overview of FSMA’s key provisions and implementation timeline. In addition, he will interpret the rules and guidance from FDA on assembling a qualified food safety team; discuss how to analyze exiting quality and safety systems to identify gaps; and offer strategies to document training and implementation of a FSMA-compliant food safety plan. Mr. Sanchez is an FDA and USDA regulatory attorney in private practice representing FDA-regulated companies in the food, dietary supplement, beverage, cosmetic, medical device, and drug industries. He also teaches part-time at Northeastern University on regulatory topics including U.S. and international food law and regulation. Following the formal presentation, Marc will be available to answer questions to help take the mystery out of FSMA preparation.

During future FSMA webinars, Mr. Sanchez and other guest speakers will drill-down into specific topics and highlight additional details as they become available from FDA.
