One of the highlights will be the demonstration of the optimum operation of a diesel engine in a glass tractor. Resting on a solid chassis the life size model is equipped with a diesel engine, a flywheel generator and powerMELA motors for the attached mower, and an optional second front attachment. Cameras are installed which observe the tractor’s surroundings.
On the automation display, STW’s new interACT display generation, partner displays with ISOBUS, a new control system from the ESX family (ESX-3CM) and the ESX-central electrics (in cooperation with ERNI), will all be presented. Visitors will have the opportunity to trigger functions on the tractor using various operator controls and to experience the interaction between STW and partner products. Visitors can also experience the world of STW digiSENS measurement systems and sensors.
The data management and connectivity display is dedicated to the handling of information, recognizing the growing importance of this topic. Supplied with live data, solutions for machine monitoring, such as the Vehicle Data System (VDS), and solutions for data and process management can be tested.
