Introducing Brainstorming Training Materials

Nov. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- This course helps delegates learn how to facilitate a brainstorming session. It covers areas such as creativity, how to help a group of people reach their creative potential, challenging behaviours and what stops a groups to come up with creative ideas.

The course contain numerous brainstorming techniques. Delegates get to go through a series of simulated activities were they can practice running a brainstorming session and manage a number of participants. The guidelines provided in the course along with specific brainstorming techniques can prepare them to handle various challenges when a groups of people want to work together to solve problems or come up with new ideas.

Delegates learn about lateral thinking, deliberate creativity and how to warm-up a group to fire up their creativity. They will learn about the six main stages of a brainstorming session and what they need to go through at each stage.
