Jonathan E. Hyun Joins Kelley Kronenberg’s Chicago Office

CHICAGO - Oct. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse full-service law firm, announced that Jonathan E. Hyun has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner. Mr. Hyun focuses his practice on business transactions and tax law related matters. He has extensive experience handling matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits. Mr. Hyun also serves an outside general counsel role for several of his privately-held clients, providing business counseling on general corporate and day-to-day operational matters.  In addition, he works with and advises clients on business structuring and tax planning strategies.

Mr. Hyun represents a wide range of clients, such as publicly and privately held companies (including start-up ventures), family offices, high net worth individuals and families, venture capital and private equity funds, financial institutions, boards of directors, retirement plan and compensation committees and individual executives.

Mr. Hyun serves as Co-Chair of the Subcommittee on Regulation of Specialized Types of Retirement Income Plans on the American Bar Association’s Employee Benefits Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section.

Mr. Hyun earned his Juris Doctor degree at Boston University School of Law in Boston, MA and his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Economics from Boston University.
