Tech Company Spiritcube trades Shares for Users
Spiritcube hopes to offer its 3D media sharing app to users work wide. Now, it's planning on sharing some of its company stock with users.
With the App recently launched in the iTunes store the company is hoping to “prime the viral pump” and offer company stock to the first one million users.
Management has set aside 1 million shares of common stock that is non-voting to be used to encourage users to obtain value by being first to use and share the app. With new users, after an account is created, the user can access the, My Profile” section where they will see a Shares 4 Users link that will allow for one time submission for one share of Spiritcube Stock. The users are verified and sent a unique share PDF that can be printed and cashed in as value increases. The company seams on track to funnel in its first million users and hope to increase the numbers substantial through positive user feedback.
