Comedian Marc Yaffee Live Taping At California Theater

PITTSBURG, Calif. - Sept. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Comedian Marc Yaffee debuts at the California Theater in Pittsburg, California, Saturday, Oct 17, 8pm and will record his first comedy special.   Titled "Marc My Words," Marc's live recording will feature his standup, along with feature act, Ina Romeo and host, Samson Koletkar.

Yaffee, a 16-year comedy veteran is co-star of the award-winning  comedy tour, Pow Wow Comedy Jam.   He was a part of the hstoric Showtime special, Goin' Native, the first all American Indian comedy special in cable history.  Yaffee has also appeared on Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, SiTV's Latino Laugh Festival and the PBS special, Crossing The Line.

"I had a chance to check out the California Theater with my Producer, Ken Knoll and decided it would be a great venue to shoot in," said Yaffee.  "I lived in Northern California for alot of my adult life, so I know we will draw some great comedy fans to the show."

Yaffee's special will be filmed by Turquoise Trail Films and Producer/Director, Ken Knoll.  Yaffee and Knoll are also collaborating on the sitcom pilot, Almost Americans which will be the first sitcom to feature a Native American lead character.
