The company's largest special, the Thrifty 30s, will allow renters to receive up to 35% off on their reservation if they book for five nights or more.

Their second special, known as the Freebie Jeebies, will allow renters to earn a free night when they purchase a five-night stay at one of the participating vacation homes.

"We just want our guests to remember where they spent their fall getaway," says Ellie Batchiyska, a customer service representative and marketing assistant at Nomadness. "It's easy to get carried away in the busyness of the fall and winter seasons, school's back in session and parents are going to work. We wanted this to be a way for families to reconnect."
