Los Angeles Students Launch Mobile App Products and Tech Startup Businesses at Demo Day 2015

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- As the electrifying six weeks of CodeTechIQ™’s inaugural class come to completion, Shelon Douglas, Founder and CEO, is excited for the Los Angeles Tech and Startup Industries to witness the brilliant students finish strong Saturday, August 15th! The Los Angeles Southwest College Foundation, along with phenomenal support from Southern California Edison Company, has hosted their 1st cohort of students as they participate in the intensive hands-on program.

Each student has not only mastered the fundamentals in code and tech, web-development and design, and lean startup methodologies but also have created a phenomenal minimal viable product. Demo Day embodies an hour of power as students proudly present their own tech businesses and mobile apps!!”, says Douglas. In addition, Douglas, along with the rest of the CodeTechIQ™ team, will be making an exclusive special announcement at Demo Day: two students, when introduced to a startup company (Impact Health) while attending a tour at their Cross Campus Co-Working Space, are being awarded paid-internships due to their demonstrated skill, talent and success in the program. The names of these students will be revealed at the event!'
