With a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes, the foundry comprises of moulding, melting and fettling units. Their moulding unit is capable to handle 315 moulds per hour. The sand plant has a capacity to handle 50 tonnes per hour. Their furnaces handle 3 tonnes per hour individually and have their autopour system. They also have an online shot blasting unit. Their laboratory is equipped with an advanced spectrometer for metallurgy testing along with sand testing equipments. They have the Magma Simulation Software and Brown and Sharp CMM for quality assurance. They have a fine in-house machining facility to provide finished products as per the customer’s preferences. They also have vertical machining facilities Jothi and AMS in India and YCM, Taiwan. Their team works closely to meet quality standards and reduce lead time as well by manufacturing patterns in-house.
