Miss Intercontinental United States Comes To Washington, DC Area

WASHINGTON - July 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Nu Tainment Management is proud to announce the Miss Intercontinental United States Pageant will take place on August 9, 2015 at the exquisite Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club in Bethesda, Maryland. Contestants from all over the United States will compete for the coveted title. The winner will be crowned by Miss Intercontinental United States 2014, Tiffany Marshall of Virginia.

Originally the Bethesda Theater built in 1938 and one of the era's Art Deco cinema palaces, Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club has come back to life. With an $8 million renovation, this National Historic Register Property is the region's #1 Live Music Supper Club.

The reigning Miss Intercontinental, Patraporn Wang will be a featured guest at the Miss Intercontinental United States Pageant. Miss Wang is nineteen years old and was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. Additional entertainment will include Emazi and Ekabo of Live Money Entertainment and Urban recording artists, the XCEDERA Twins. Also, the judging panel will include Dr. Prince Donatus Okonkwo, CEO of Miss Intercontinental Africa, and a diverse group of fashion and entertainment artists.

Miss Intercontinental United States is a national pageant and a franchise with the World Beauty Organization's (WBO) an International Organization in over 120 countries. The WBO produces the Miss Intercontinental World Beauty Pageant (one of the top 5 beauty pageants in the world), Mister Intercontinental and Top Model of the World Pageant while working with governments, industries, and private enterprises to promote business and tourism.

Over the last two years, Miss Intercontinental United States has been refocused to highlight the diversity of the women of the United States while showcasing women of intelligence, integrity, and inner beauty. This year's winner of Miss Intercontinental United States will go on to compete in the 44^rd anniversary of the Miss Intercontinental Pageant. The long and distinguished history of the Miss Intercontinental Pageant began in Aruba in 1971 and has been produced by the WBO since the mid 90's. Miss Intercontinental 2015 will be crowned by Patraporn Wang who was crowned in Germany as millions of viewers in approximately 28 countries watched the international telecast by EKIP Media.
