ABIH® LinkedIn Group Celebrates 725+ Members & Growing

LANSING, Mich. - July 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Earlier this month, the American Board of Industrial Hygiene’s LinkedIn group reached a new milestone with its 725^th member.  The LinkedIn group, launched in late 2012, has been growing at a steady rate as more Certified Industrial Hygienists and the greater industrial hygiene community turn to social media for news, updates and information.

Social media has become a convenient and rapid way for ABIH^® to disseminate information and share ideas. In addition to ABIH’s LinkedIn group, both the ACGIH^® and AIHA^® have groups dedicated to the industrial hygiene profession.  ABIH^® currently uses its LinkedIn group to post updates about the Certified Industrial Hygienist^® (CIH^®) program, promote industry certification, and provide a venue for industrial hygiene and environmental, health and safety professionals from across the globe to communicate and learn from many of the industry’s top minds.
