New Turning Centers Added to MECA & Technology Machine, Inc

July 7, 2015 - PRLog -- The capabilities of MECA & Technology Machine have expanded with the recent additions of new equipment. The Doosan Puma 300LC and the Mori Seikie DuraVertical 5100 add to their already impressive inventory of equipment.

The Doosan Puma 300LC is a horizontal turning center. The 2-axis turning center is designed for heavy and interrupted cutting, long-term high accuracy, and superior surface finishes. This machine is used for tight-tolerance parts and machine components. It has a z-axis of 52.4” and is infinitely indexable.

MECA & Technology Machine's second piece of new technology is the Mori Seikie DuraVertical 5100 machine center. Like the Doosan Puma, the DuraVertical 5100 is capable of continuous runs of tight-tolerance parts and machine components and is also infinitely indexable. This version comes with the Mori Seiki DDRT-260, an addition that allows the vertical machine center to work its normal high-efficiency duties, now with a fourth axis.
