CRS Technology Consultants Acquires Republic Technologies Corporation

FORT MYERS, Fla. - July 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Effective today, CRS Technology Consultants (CRS) has acquired Fort Myers-based Republic Technologies Corporation, an IT consulting company.

The acquisition is part of CRS’ continued growth plans and involves adding five additional employees, including John Joyce, CEO and co-owner and Ryan Steele, co-owner, and numerous clients to the company. The addition will enable CRS to have a larger presence locally and greater ability to service clients.

Developing in recent years, CRS is a leader regionally and recognized nationally in IT consulting, network support and cloud solutions. They are also an innovative partner and test bed for tech giants such as Dell and numerous software developers.
