Summary Statement for U.S. Homeowners & Homerenters Concerning: Protocol & Performance

This Summary Statement marks the official assemblage of the online ultra-modern home improvement crash course "Protocol & Performance." It is now a permanent 24/7 study for making better decisions and getting better results on home projects. Crucial.

"
Intro
Foremost and for always, it’s a pleasure and a great honor sharing useful information with others. Yet, even more than that, it’s my greatest pleasure and honor sharing it with you!

On June 8, 2015, I launched online the 2-week crash course: Protocol & Performance. It was an answer to the ever-present need among the people of America’s private home sector for making better decisions about and getting better results from the contractors they hire. The maiden run for this study was officially completed ahead of schedule. I saw no practical reason for taking a week off, then declaring the official end on June 29, 2015. The reality of the situation was that the run was completed on June 23, 2015. This being the case, there really was no reasonable justification for taking it any farther. I made it official.

Looking Ahead
What remains is further developing “Protocol & Performance” (by presentation, content, and availability) to be received as a major resource for changing the face of (and the personal approach to) private home maintenance and improvement policy in the U.S. today into the future. My prediction remains that by 2024, related strategies both common and controversial (as presented in this study) will be practiced on a continually growing scale in all 50 states.
For sure: I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me (Phil. 4:13). For me, that isn’t just a quotation. For me, it is what it is. The toughest thing, however, is successfully guiding residents for overcoming false notions and practices of “business-sense.”

Overcoming Evidences of Deceptive Thinking
A major reason many of us don’t make the right decisions about the people we’re considering for helping us tackle our home maintenance and improvement projects is that we’re deluded into believing we can intuitively make them without professional guidance. But only for a season does it work that way.  Many of us unknowingly conduct ourselves in such careless ways that we inevitably play into the hands of dishonest people.

A Recent Episode for Deceptive Thinking
There’s a particular case I’d like to mention. Now, although on a daily basis there are private homeowners and homerenters who make bad hiring decisions in quite a few states, there’s one in particular I want to mention to illustrate my point.
This one is out of the state of New Jersey (one of several states on the Northeast seaboard recently pummeled by high winds and rain mimicking a small tornado and hurricane in one). Just the same, in this pre-existing case, the Offices of the Attorney General in league with the Department Consumer Affairs authorized a default order to be filed against a local contractor.
Reportedly, this contractor was an established predator.  In other words, it was public record that the firm in question (ref. Shore Pro Contractors, LLC) operated scandalously towards private home residents. According to reports, in one case, the owner of that shaky limited liability operation charged a resident $2,000.00 for permits in a situation where those fees were waived (Hurricane Sandy victim).

Break the Silence
As you see, this is so recent. Well, as you know, another fatal storm just struck that region (Northeastern) of our country again. I assure you, in spite of all the good guys and gals out there who are very skilled, loyal, and properly credentialed  and covered, there looms this remnant of malcontents whom we can be certain will make the news, shortly.
It’s doubtful that any of these residents have ever heard of “Protocol & Performance.” But then, there are a few who have. Of that number, some seek (sought) to benefit through this crash study, others didn’t.  A primary expectation of mine is that “Protocol & Performance” (with respect to this study) will be a household name by the year 2024.
Yet, it’s really not all about the name. It’s all about the results. This crash course promises results. However, it’s to those whom are motivated enough to endure this course and to claim them! There’s just too much silence.  I recall doing a recent tally for the number of responses people made to a very special 12th Anniversary video LinkedIn sponsored. It featured a sampling of 12 individuals who either made their own careers or met people who had careers waiting for them through Linkedin. These were my results as of today, June 24, 2015:Total Views: 7,575; Total Comments: 2. Now this is coming from a corporation which boasts a membership of 20,000,000!

Defying the Nature of the Beast
It’s the nature of the beast. It’s the name of the cyberspace game. My hope and prayer for those who know about “Protocol & Performance” is for you to break that sort of silence.  If it’s music to your ears play it. But, by all means let others know about it.
All in all, you’re encouraged to really pump it up on the protocol and start applying those things which are useful, trashing those which aren’t, and taking all which you have learned and all which you have salvaged into the future.

Home: The Greatest Wonder of the World!

“Protocol & Performance”
is a major vehicle to that end. We’ve got the best opportunities in the world. We live better than most people in the world. It’s not that better living circumstances makes us better people, but it means that we’ve got better opportunities to do something about how we live. We’ve got more potential and actual leverage for determining the sort of work we need done in, on, and around our properties, and a far better legal system to ensure that those needs are met. Further, if those needs aren’t, we’ve got a government to whom we can turn who has become even more intolerant with the wholesale “banditry” which often targets and victimizes our private home residents.
Home is the greatest wonder of the world! Your home is the greatest home in the world! It’s truly up to you to decide if whether or not you’re going let this greatest wonder of a home in the world be attended by the greatest sort of contractors complementary to that! “Protocol & Performance” can be of invaluable assistance to you there! It’s online. It’s free! It’s up to you!
