Pastry Live 2015 – Signature Plated Dessert Finalists Announced

The Signature Plated Dessert competition brings to light both the delicate beauty of plated desserts and the talented chefs that create them. Not only is each skillful competitor featured, but the businesses they represent as well. Each competitor is encouraged to craft an elegant, well-balanced dessert, as well as revolutionary creations that display their culinary flair and expertise.
Pastry Live 2015, to be held August 23rd, 24th and 25th, will also host several other competitions in addition to the Signature Plated Dessert competition. The Art of Cake, Chocolatier of the Year, The Dessert Cup, National Showpiece Championship and the Student Chocolate Challenge are among the other competitions. Pastry Atlanta will also be returning after a successful debut at last year’s Pastry Live.
Highlighted during these competitions will be some of the nation’s foremost talents. Additionally, the three-day event will feature seminars instructed by the top names in the industry. Various topics will be covered, offering cutting edge techniques and training to help attendees advance to the next level.
Pastry Live will host its fifth year at its newly found home, 200 Peachtree, Atlanta’s most centrally–located and convenient event venue. After four successful years, the event’s overwhelming growth prompted the venue change last year in order to further expand its offerings while keeping the integrity of the event intact.
