The annual red carpet awards ceremony recognizes and honors small nonprofit organizations and individual volunteers who devote their passion, time, effort, skills and their own resources to unconditionally help, heal, and give hope to people in need. As a volunteer Germaine has worked with countless nonprofit organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of America, Hosea Feed The Hungry & Homeless, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, Salvation Army, Feeding America, and more. In 2011 he developed and launched the "Not By Yourself" global music benefit, uniting artists from 14 countries worldwide to produce a collaborative cd album to help raise money for victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami. "It is truly an honor to be nominated and recognized by the Nonprofit Trinity Awards amongst such amazing individuals who continue to give back and make a difference in the lives of so many", said Germaine.
