IRVINE, Calif. - June 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Award-winning California homebuilder MBK Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening of 1500 Artesia Square, a new urban infill community consisting of 60 new townhomes and loft residences. Located at 1508-B W. Artesia Square in Gardena, sales are now underway with four model homes open to the public for touring daily.

Upon completion, 1500 Artesia Square will include 30 new townhomes and 30 loft units. The three-story townhomes offer three floorplan options ranging in size from 1,708 to 2,005 square feet with up to four bedrooms, two to four full baths and two-car attached garages. Prices start in the mid-$500s.
