Ascensus Appoints Director of Talent Acquisition & Celebrates New Talent Brand

DRESHER, Pa. - May 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Ascensus, the nation’s largest independent retirement plan and college savings services provider, announced that Tony Petrucelli has joined the company as director of talent acquisition. In this role, he will further develop a progressive talent acquisition function across the organization. He will also set future strategy, implement best practices, and help hire new associates to facilitate Ascensus’ strong growth.

Mr. Petrucelli brings 19 years of experience to the Ascensus human resources team, along with a unique background comprised of leadership and expertise in the recruitment advertising and corporate talent acquisition arenas. Most recently, he held director-level roles at leading healthcare organizations in southern New Jersey, including Cooper University Health Care and Virtua Health. Mr. Petrucelli earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Rider University.
