May 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Companies is always struggling on the handover issue during the leave or resignation of their salesperson or colleagues.  The traditional handover way is having omission and is usually too late when it is recognized.

   When searching innovative ways for companies to fill this gap, the case of Tung Fat Ho Building Material Limited (“Tung Fat Ho”) has come up.  The third generation of Tung Fat Ho decided to adopt Salesforce CRM system for filling this gap as they were relying on documentation and floor plan to visualize the outlook of a building, and the third parties who is involved within the project may have different opinions, therefore, impossible to take over others’ ongoing tasks during the project.  The detail conversation with all parties somehow doesn’t centralized.  After implemented Salesforce, Tung Fat Ho is able to have a clearer picture of sales methodology and entire conversations as staffs has to log all the activities at Salesforce platform.  Tung Fat Ho works very hard on not falling into this gap but more connected with the market and therefore, generated more business.
