LOS ANGELES - May 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Third Drawer Down Studio has once again collaborated with the modern day renaissance woman that is Miranda July on re-releasing her set of pillowcases that are now embroidered. The pillowcases come as a set of two with quotes written by Miranda herself. “Here you will dream of endless kissing” and “Here you will dream of people you admire exposing your fraudulence” are the quotes that have you well rested.

Miranda’s instantly recognisable aesthetic and unmistakable charm, fit like a lock and key with Third Drawer Down Studio’s philosophy. Injecting the everyday with a dose of wit and quirkiness are values shared by both parties and pillowcases felt like a natural progression in the understated creativity that Miranda is synonymous with.

About the Artist:

Miranda July wears a number of hats including filmmaker, artist and writer. She has won numerous awards including the Camera d’Or at Cannes and the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival for Me and You and Everyone We Know. Among her prodigious list of accomplishments her most recent work, a novel entitled The First Bad Man, has been released to rave reviews.
