BERKELEY, Calif. - April 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Micheal started gaining weight but laughed at his fate. And he refused to engage in fat loss workouts.

Soon he was severely over-weight. But of course then it was too late to easily reverse what he had done.

His friends shunned him and his girlfriend left him. Food was now his best and sometimes, only friend.
