A Florida senior citizen is being abused

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - April 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Seven and a half years ago Peter Halle, a powerful and wealthy retired Washington attorney was supposed to disburse an inheritance to his brother, Jason Halle. Peter Halle was an attorney at Morgan Lewis in Washington, DC, and was also licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. His wife, Carolyn Lamm, is a partner at White & Case in Washington, DC, and is a past president of the American Bar Association.

Jason Halle is a Jewish, gay man living in Wilton Manors, which is right next to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jason has been living with HIV for 36 years. He has survived three kinds of cancer and three heart attacks. Jason has been trying to collect his inheritance that his father left him almost eight years ago. His brother who has control of the money will not disburse it in violation of many Florida laws. The legal documents state the money was to be distributed upon the death of Jason’s mother, Elaine Halle. She passed away on August 15, 2007.

Jason has received no justice from the Florida Courts. Judge David E. French dismissed the case contrary to Florida law and is presently prejudging motions before the Court and before hearing them.

Jason is talking with an agent in the Midwest that is considering flying a film company down to Florida to shoot a documentary about how and why powerful and wealthy people sometimes abuse weaker family members. Another topic of the documentary would be how many courts rule in favor of the money and power instead of the principle of blind justice. Some courts seem to ignore who is the actual victim and who has been violating the law.
