YORK, Pa. - April 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Leadership Arts Associates announces it will be hosting three leadership workshops starting in April and running into May that will help developing leaders thrive personally and professionally by better defining leadership through embracing creativity, diversity, and reflection.

The “Embracing Series” of leadership workshops from Leadership Arts is designed for current and tenured leaders of organizations. Each workshop will bring a cohort of leaders together to network and revisit their experiences. Participants in each workshop of the Embracing Series are given the opportunity to maximize the lessons learned from their previous leadership experience and share that knowledge with peers. By the end of each workshop, participants will have a better understanding of who they are as leader as well as a new network of peers.

“These workshops are a great way for today’s leaders to connect with one another and prepare for being better leaders tomorrow,” said Samm Smeltzer, Founder of Leadership Arts. “These workshops provide leaders with original insights and actionable suggestions for embracing their leadership style and using creativity and diversity that surrounds them to be better at what they do.”

More information on each individual workshop starting in April is listed below.
