Celebrate Mom at SKY Restaurant

April 16, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: On Sunday, May 10, 2015, SKY in Norwood, MA will celebrate Mom with a day of delicious dining in honor of Mother’s Day. Executive Chef Andy DiPace will be serving seasonal dishes during the day-long celebration beginning with SKY’s brunch buffet and concluding with its dinner buffet.

Early risers will enjoy SKY’s brunch buffet from 9:30AM to 2:00PM featuring a bounty of choices for even the most discriminating palates. Diners will enjoy a variety of stations including fresh-baked pastries and bagels, make-your-own omelets, hand-carved favorites like roast turkey and angus sirloin as well as a variety of chef’s signature seasonal dishes. Always a crowd pleaser, the make-your-own bloody mary bar is a brunch experience essential. Finally, guests can indulge in the featured display of handmade desserts that surround a four foot chocolate fountain. Mother’s Day brunch buffet is $32 for adults, $15 for children ages 7 to 12. Children under the age of 7 eat for free.

From 3:00PM - 9:00PM, diners will enjoy a variety of elaborate stations including soup service, a raw bar selection, antipasto, salads, a carving station and signature entrées followed by an indulgent dessert station. For $49 for adults and $18 for children 7-12 (complimentary for children under 7), diners will delight in the vast array of choices including options such as Maine Lobster Bisque slow roasted Prime Rib with horseradish cream sauce and au jus, Grilled Atlantic Swordfish with peach salsa, and Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir Fry with sesame chili rice, pineapple, scallions, peppers, shiitake mushrooms and crispy wontons. Finally for dessert, moms can indulge in a variety of house-made pastries as well as a four foot Belgium chocolate fountain.
