Seasoned CFO Jeff Ringer joins iFormulary Management Team

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Jeff Ringer as Chief Financial Officer for iFormulary.

Jeff is a senior finance and operations executive as well as a CPA (inactive) with over 25 years of CFO and COO experience working in companies from fast growing start-ups to large companies with over $100M in revenue and 750+ employees, both publicly traded and privately held.  After graduating from the University of Minnesota he began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Minneapolis.  His industry experience includes technology (software-as-a-service, software resale and professional services), internet retail, financial services, manufacturing and consulting.  He has a strong background in financial reporting and modeling, personnel management, financial planning and analysis, managing cashflow and banking relationships, budgeting, investor relations and M&A activity (refinancing, raising capital, acquisitions, etc).  In 2005 Jeff founded Bent Tree Financial, a financial consulting practice providing "fractional CFO" services to small and mid-size companies with the goal of helping them improve operational and financial performance.

An avid runner and tennis player, Jeff is passionate about health and fitness.  "I am looking forward to using my broad finance background and particularly my recent experience as CFO of a growing Internet retail  business to help Fitness Formulary capitalize on the market potential.  With the proprietary Efficacy Engine and unique channel dynamics we can quickly reach a large customer base with a strong interest in a healthy lifestyle and a propensity to buy related products online."
