Hamilton Honda Gets Top Consumer Satisfaction Award From Dealer RAter

HAMILTON, N.J. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Hamilton, N.J., -- Hamilton Honda prides itself on exceeding customer expectations at every stage during the sales and service process.  The dealership is honored to receive validation for their efforts in being awarded the Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater.

Winning the Consumer Satisfaction Award from DealerRater is a great honor for Hamilton Honda.  This prestigious award is only given to the top car dealerships in North America in an effort to recognize their excellence in customer satisfaction.  Award recipients must meet a series of specific requirements, including:

-          At least a 4.0 star rating out of a possible 5.0 stars on DealerRater

-          A minimum of 25 customer reviews on DealerRater, including at least one review per quarter for the 2014 calendar year.

In typical Hamilton Honda fashion, they not only met these requirements, they exceeded them. The Honda dealership maintains an average 4.9 Star rating with 99 percent of their customers recommending them as a dealership.

DealerRater also requires the winners of the Consumer Satisfaction Award be within the top 10 percent of U.S. franchise dealers.  This score is formulated by combining the dealer’s average star rating with the total number of ratings in a calendar year.
