LOS ANGELES - April 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Frozen yogurt shops that completed an online survey about non-dairy soft serve were entered in “The Cool Way to Eat Fruit” contest. The contest was sponsored by Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Co. and the International Frozen Yogurt Association (IFYA). The contest ran from February 18 – March 20, 2015.

The winners of The Cool Way to Eat Fruit Contest are:

First prize winner: 3 cases of Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Mix, Yogurt Hut of Southern Oregon,, @yogurthut

Second prize winner: 1 case of Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Mix, JoJo Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt, 141 W Plant St., Winter Garden, FL

The winners were selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries

IFYA President Susan Linton said, “Congratulations to the winners, Yogurt Hut and JoJo Smoothies & Frozen Yogurt! We are excited to offer frozen yogurt contests and promotions for IFYA members. We thank everyone who entered the contest and Chloe’s for sponsoring the contest. Consumers are demanding healthy, delicious dairy-free alternatives to frozen yogurt and Chloe’s delivers with a simple, clean, 3 ingredient soft serve. The survey we conducted suggests that the majority of froyo shops offer non-dairy soft serve. Shops that serve Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit mix will thrill their customers with a healthier, lower sugar option and also benefit from the incredible versatility of Chloe’s mix. Sure it’s delicious as a soft serve but it can also be used in smoothies, super food bowls, parfaits, etc.”

Chloe Epstein, co-founder and President of Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Co. added, "We have seen a real surge in frozen yogurt stores who are looking to differentiate themselves in a time of increased competition, over saturation and pricing pressure. By bringing in a premium product like Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit they are able to distinguish themselves from the store down the street and earn incremental revenue by providing a product that parents are more inclined to buy for themselves and not just their kids."

Congratulations to the winners of the Cool Way to Eat Fruit contest.
