Manchester Copywriter Releases romantic novel

MANCHESTER, U.K. - March 20, 2015 - PRLog -- A copywriter based in Manchester, UK is set to release his début novel, which fiction lovers on both sides of the Atlantic can buy from 4th May.

The book, called 'Turtles on the Beach'  is a romance, telling  the story of the political upheaval, and subsequent collapse of communism, played out through the 1980s.

Author Terry Martin said:

"I've always been interested in politics, and after watching Forest Gump for the umpteenth time, I thought I'd give it a go."

The book is set in Mrs Thatcher's Britain, but US readers will find it interesting too, as it emphasises the huge part Ronald Reagan played in the story.
