Valen Awards Top Leadership Award in Austin Office!

AUSTIN, Texas - March 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Valen Enterprises, Inc in Austin, Texas recently attended a Regional Leadership conference in which they were able to hear from several local entrepreneurs  on topics such as leadership techniques, how to train and develop others, goal setting and conveying passion through their influence. The conference was a one day event at geared toward the personal and professional development of professionals in the sales and marketing field.

While at the conference, Jeph Chery, a graduate of Georgia Tech University and a current Lead Account Executive at Valen was awarded a Top Leader Pin. Jeph was a collegiate athlete, playing for the University's football team where received his degree in Marketing and Business Management. Jeph also obtained a minor in Pre-Law. Post-graduation, Jeph was looking toward law schools, he has an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to provide for his family but knew that in order to achieve his goals he had to be a part of a firm that would advance him based off of his work-ethic verses seniority or politics. Jeph then joined the Valen team in the Miami office. Shortly after he was hired Jeph ventured to Austin, Texas as part of an expansion team to grow one of Valen's booming clients.

Jeph was awarded in recognition for his relentless selfless leadership.
