South Florida’s All-Girl Baseball Team, the Iron Maidenz, Ready to Make History!

SUNRISE, Fla. - March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Bases Loaded’s (www.gobasesloaded.com) all-girl baseball team, the Iron Maidenz, announced today their participation in Baseball for All’s (www.baseballfor.com) upcoming, inaugural, national baseball tournament to be held this summer in Orlando (May 30^th -June 4^th).

Comprised of girls ranging 10-13 years old, the Sunrise-based Iron Maidenz will travel to Central Florida to compete against 24 all-girl teams from across the country. Organized by Baseball for All, the tournament aims at showcasing girls ability to play a sport dominated by boys & the importance of providing equal opportunities and resources for girls in baseball.

ROCK STARS on the baseball field, the Iron Maidenz includes girls from Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach counties all sharing the same dream of playing baseball!
