Demonstrators to March in front of National Children's Center (NCC)

WASHINGTON - March 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Washington - DC - March 10, 2015 - On March 22, 2015 at 3:00pm nearly 100 Demonstrators are set to Peacefully March in front of National Children's Center (commonly known as NCC) located in Washington, DC - demonstrators will gather at NCC's headquarters at 6200 Second Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20011.

This gathering will not be the first time demonstrators have marched in front of the scandal-plagued organization.  In the 1970s minority employees protested against NCC leadership's discriminatory practices.  On March 22 history repeats itself.  Demonstrators from all over will come together to share their displeasure with on-going civil rights violations at NCC.  NCC is supposedly one fo the largest charity organizations caring for the disabled yet they use their resources to commit systematic violations of civil rights and alleged maltreatment of the disabled.

Recently in DC Superior Court a jury found NCC liable for Civil Rights violations and slapped NCC with a $1,000,000 judgement and imposed another $1,000,000 for punitive damages for violations of civil rights.  DC Superior Court Case No. 2011 CA 010042 B

It is time to put NCCs illegal practices to a stop! Please come help the common people with this grass roots movement.
