ArtParty4U brings a new direction to Paint and Party format

LAS VEGAS - Feb. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Entering their fourth year of business in Las Vegas, NV, ArtParty4U has done what no other social art studio has done in the area -- expand their offerings.  In a market heavily-laden with acrylic paint-and-wine studios, it's seen as a refreshing alternative.  Ed Mueller, owner of ArtParty4U, who has been teaching art for over 15 years sees it as a needed progression.

"Back when I started doing this, there wasn't a model for art parties," explains Mueller, "I had already been teaching various classes at various locations... and with the larger art companies scaling back their class offerings, I knew I needed to teach 'outside the box'".

There are no fewer than eight social art studios in the Las Vegas area, and all teach a variety of classes in acrylic painting.  ArtParty4U's owner sees this as an opportunity.

"There's certainly plenty of room for competition in Las Vegas.  We take our classes in a different direction... rather than large classes, we keep our classes small -- generally only around 10 people -- it gives us a better opportunity to interact and help with the students.  Our biggest difference is that we teach in multiple forms of media -- we're the only company that teaches oil painting and watercolor... and we do it in a single class.  That's been our biggest growth -- once you paint in oil and see how amazing your results are, it's hard to go back to acrylic!"

Another difference in ArtParty4U is their actual party focus.  They not only do fine arts classes, but also provide crafts classes for adults and children, face paint, balloon art, and full effects makeup work.

"This was a totally different direction for the company.  I've been doing makeup for years, so it was just a small leap to go into face paint and party art.  Our big difference are the rates... it's temporary art, so we want it to be as accessable to as many people as possible, and a value -- so we guarantee that we have the best rates for quality party art with insured artists and a licensed company."

Quality body art at a reasonable price has been a hit in the Las Vegas market, as growth has doubled each year, with corporate jobs taking a large share of the time, as well.  Corporate clients have included national corporations as well as local businesses.

"It's funny... I initially started working body art as just a side function of the business, and now it's over 70% of our business!  I've worked with a number of companies and conventions that I NEVER thought I'd be working with... but it seems that people do recognize quality and value."
