Pahelika: Revelations, a Fantasy Adventure Game, comes to Steam

DELHI, India - Feb. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- IronCode Gaming today announced the release of Pahelika: Revelations for Steam, a fantasy adventure game that immerses you in the intrigues and the secrets of the lands of Dhara.

The player begins the game as Sudesh Budkoti, adventurer extraordinaire, whose sleep has recently been plagued by a persistent nightmare. Unable to sleep, Sudesh decides to investigate the reason behind the nightmares. In doing so, he embarks on the quest that changes his life.

Along the way the player will visit an ancient wizard tower, an old library infested by a silent ghost, abandoned home of a dead inventor, an academy for the magic arts of the dark kind, and a forbidden monastery, all of which have secrets to hide. The player gets to cast spells, nose around in ancient corridors, pry open their secrets, and disable old traps.

Pahelika: Revelations features a wide variety of puzzles which range from the easy to the hard, from the common place to the unique, and from the banal to the philosophical. Additionally, the game features a Casual Mode, which decreases the difficulty of the puzzles if the player finds them too obscure.

Pahelika: Revelations is an atmospheric game that features excellent music that sets the right tone for the game, especially when the player has taken the time to put the headphones on.

The gameplay is a mix of exploration and puzzle solving. The player explores a variety of different lands, and is challenged with a wide variety of puzzles. The player will inscribe magic scrolls and cast spells, brew alchemical potions, answer philosophical riddles, explore exotic locations and repair ancient machinery, just to name a few.
