SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- A veteran of the Financial Services and Information Technology industries explains “In and Out” Mortgage Fraud in her own case.  Veronica Williams filed legal action against HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Ocwen, Litton Loan, et. al. and was awarded a default judgment in November 2014. "The errors or fraud is clearly detailed in documents submitted to the Court", says Williams.  "My intention is to win damages for what the defendants have taken from me and for what they have put me through".  'Most importantly, I want to set a precedent to discourage firms from doing this to others in the future", states Williams. She is awaiting a date from the New Jersey Superior Court for her Proof Hearing.  Williams is in search of an attorney who will represent her on a contingency basis. For court filings send an email to BankFraud@FinFix.org or call 973-761-7030. Her funds have also been drained by the defendants and she is raising money to conclude this legal effort.
