Shadow Bar at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas Quietly Closes

LAS VEGAS - Feb. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, NV: Feb 19^th, 2015, Las Vegas has seen the end of an iconic bar, the Shadow Bar has had it’s last dance. After an impressive run of 14 years, the gyrations of silhouetted dancers and flair bartenders at Caesars Palace's Shadow Bar have come to a quiet finale. The entire 4,585-square-foot shuttered lounge will be demolished and local rumor heavily points to it being replaced with a new venture from the Hakkasan Group. Located next door to Nobu Caesars Palace, Shadow Bar's enduring lure was to feature presumed nude dancers performing behind a screen to "create an air of mystery" with their silhouetted routines. The resort has removed all online mention of the lounge, but no timetable or update for its replacement has been announced.

Clubs and bars around the world have been making a lot of money imitating the Shadow Bar theme or using video to create the similar premise with the Shadow Dancers (http://www.shadowdancers.tv) line of visuals. In the nightlife world, sensuality has always made for successful venues.
