CARMEL, VALLEY, CA  -- Heart disease is the number one killer of women, yet only one in five American women believes that heart disease is their greatest health threat. With awareness, education and care, heart disease can be prevented. Change of Heart works to do just that! The Change of Heart at Holman Ranch invites the public to take part and support The American Heart Association.

·         Starting at 2:00pm

·         $20.00 per person plus $10.00 per glass of red wine

Event Schedule:

·         2:00p.m. – Join us for a 20 minute workout with  U-Jam Fitness®

·         2:30 p.m. – Meet the Team with VIPWELLFIT.COM.  VIPWELLFIT.COM will offer 20 minute mini-classes of Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Crossfit.

After your workout join us for a glass of Heart Healthy red wine.  Each glass is $10 with the money being donated to the American Heart Association. Healthy snacks will also be available.

Payment can be made via phone or on the day of event. Credit cards, checks or cash accepted.

100% of participation fee will be donated to the American Heart Association’s GO RED for Women movement for important awareness, research and educational programs. In addition to the workout, each participant will receive important heart health tips and a chance to win raffle prizes.
