US Registered Agents Launches Specialagreements.com Website for Legal and Banking Professionals

TAPPAN, N.Y. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Amid a significant rise in requests for special representation services, New York based corporate services firm US Registered Agents (USRA) has launched a specialist website, specialagreements.com, targeted to legal and banking professionals in the United States and international jurisdictions. Specialagreements.com sheds light on the growing importance of special agreements in the international contract law and banking fields, with an FAQ section and secure contact form for orders and inquiries.

Also known as Special Agency Agreements, Special Representation Services, Special Loan Agreements, or Private Agreements, representation under special agreements is not under any particular statute. These agreements require the appointment of a registered agent to promptly and expeditiously deliver process or other notice from one party to another. USRA represents their clients' interests pursuant to the terms of their specific agreements, often assisting with loan agreements, shareholder agreements, leases and other legal contracts.
