NAPCO Teams with WAC Solution Partners Midwest to Upgrade ERP Software

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - Jan. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- NAPCO has awarded a contract to upgrade their enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to WAC Solution Partners Midwest, formerly Michael Ericksen, P.C., a Schaumburg, IL provider of software solutions. The new software, Sage 300, comprises accounting, reporting and customer management modules. This product in addition to several related add on products will provide them with unprecedented access to data for every level of their business.

The management team at NAPCO was posed with the dilemma to upgrade out of Sage Pro ERP as the product was being eliminated from all support channels except the local VAR. This was a perfect opportunity to take their business software to the next level by integrating more functions into one package. This will help NAPCO better manage their costs as well as provide enhanced customer service.
