WALSALL, U.K. - Jan. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- If you have scratches in your clear plastic sheets, maybe your greenhouse, shed or summerhouse clear plastic windows then we have a few tips to help get surface scratches out.

1.     1. Using wet and dry paper of grade 600, 800 and 1200 rub the scratch using the 600 grade first.  Don’t worry if the clear plastic starts to look frosty and further scratches appear.

2.      2. Switch to the 800 grade wet and dry paper and carry on gently rubbing the scratch for a minute.

3.     3. Change to the 1200 grade and continue rubbing for a minute.

4.     4. Clean and dry the area and then buff the area with Brasso and any frosting will disappear.

If the scratch is too deep this process may well not work.  For unbeatable prices on replacement clear acrylic sheets cut to size please visit www.cut-plastics.co.uk
