Last month, K WAVe 6 Radio returned to live broadcasts on Blog Talk Radio. The programs host and producer, Kirk Spencer had been talking with Andrew Peacher, the co-owner and excutive producer of Freedom Talk Radio/SETV in England and decided to return to live broadcasts once per week. K WAVe 6 Radio's show on Blog Talk Radio airs every Wednesday at 9:00 am Eastern.
This years programming according to Kirk, "... will be focusing more on how we can first better ourselves, then reach out and help others to be their best." Guest will range from authors, to activist's and those who work within government's, as well as others.
K WAVe 6 Radio will continue with it's podcast's on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with it's episode segments titled, "Thoughts for Growth". These episodes run a maximum of fifteen minutes, but usually less, and are designed to encourage listeners to look at life differently and better themselves. Most of the episodes have been by Kirk, but he encourages others to contribute their positive thoughts as well. If you're interested in being a contributor, please contact him via their contact page.
One of the biggest changes with the K WAVe 6 Radio website is, there is no need to go hunting for show links. There is now a two-column landing page which includes an embedded podcast player by PodOmatic for all of the "Thoughts for Growth" episodes. However, if you have a favorite media player such as iTunes, Stitcher, or even an RSS Feed, those are also available. All of the "Thoughts for Growth" episodes and the K WAVe 6 Radio interviews are archived on their YouTube Channel. Links to each of their media players as well as the live Blog Talk Radio shows and the Freedom Talk Radio/SETV archives are on the landing page.
To subscribe to their blog which is titled, "What's New" (not a question), there is an RSS Feed link for that as well. All of their blog posts are immediately posted to Twitter [@KWAVe6_Americas]
Kirk hopes that the listeners will call in to the live shows when the lines are open, and send an occasional email with comments, [guest] suggestions, questions and even just to say "Hi!". For those who send greetings, Kirk will give a "shout-out" on his live shows, if requested.
