One, the company takes pride and strives to satisfy their customers and two, if an online company has survived this long without a single complaint of being a scam, then they are focused on their reputation, making them trustworthy. As I investigated further I found out that the company was not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Well neither is Disney World. But that has never stopped me from taking my two children to enjoy the magical experience.  The truth is that the BBB is a business just like every other business. Being accredited doesn't make you legitimate and vice versa. Now their are many scam alerts out there. Overseas Research Consulting stays away from them all. I could not find one red flag within their organization. They do not ask that you pay for job placement, and they do not claim to be affiliated with government entities.

Allow me to break this down for you. In other words they've started a pre deployment center. For those of you reading this who are veterans at working overseas you can appreciate this service. The SF-86 form is a secret clearance application. Before a company requires you to fill one out you'll already have it done, therefore placing you ahead of the game. I agree that this service may not be for everyone.
