The idea of the platform came to fruition in an MBA class at San Diego State University. Brice Holmes, one of the company’s co-founders and student at SDSU, was entrenched in the idea of creating financial freedom for himself doing what he was passionate about. After finding his solution, he wanted to create a valuable resource that would allow others the freedom to take charge of their careers just as he did.

“I was tired of living my life working for other people,” stated Brice. “It wasn’t in my DNA and I had to make a change.
