More Than 100 Attend Omega Communities Groundbreaking Ceremony for Fountains of Hope

SARASOTA, Fla. - Dec. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Omega Communities, LLC, a senior housing development company, celebrated the groundbreaking for Fountains of Hope on Sunday, December 14, 2014, with a crowd of more than 100 members of the Church of Hope, local representatives and the public. The 90,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community will be located on the campus of the Church of Hope at 1560 Wendell Kent Road, Sarasota. “What a gorgeous day we have to break ground on such a wonderful project,” said Peter Young, Executive Pastor of the Church of Hope. “We believe this is a part of our mission to help administer quality, compassionate care for the seniors of our community.”

Fountains of Hope will offer 106 residences on a 10-acre parcel with a host of purpose-driven features and luxury amenities, including dining areas, outdoor patios and courtyards, and private residences adjacent to the Church of Hope. "This has been a 24-month process, from putting the deal together and securing the financing to celebrating with a groundbreaking ceremony today," said Pat Trammell, CEO of Omega Communities. “We have the best team in the business, and Fountains of Hope is just one of many projects we can accomplish together.”

Fountains of Hope will provide 150 to 200 jobs during the construction phase. Along with church volunteers who will be on hand to help the residents and to fellowship with them, the completed facility will then require a staff of over 100 full-time employees. "We look forward to becoming a part of the community,” said Trammell. “The real value added is going to be the relationship with the church and the care and support provided by the people from the church for our residents."
