braddock) focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on securities and financial services institution litigation in both federal and state courts, FINRA arbitration proceedings, and general commercial litigation matters. Braddock’s securities practice draws from his substantial experience in the brokerage industry where he obtained, and still maintains, his Certified Financial Planner designation. Braddock’s general commercial litigation practice includes the representation of national banks, state credit unions, third-party ACH processors, real estate developers, Title Companies, emerging businesses and individuals in federal and state court and in arbitration proceedings. He earned both his J.D. and B.A from Brigham Young University.
Jared C. Fields | Salt Lake CityJared Fields (
http://www.swlaw.com/attorneys/jared_fields) concentrates his practice in the areas of securities litigation, real estate litigation, accountant and auditor liability, regulatory investigations and general commercial litigation. His litigation experience ranges from property disputes to breach of contract cases to securities fraud matters. Additionally, Fields’ practice includes litigation relating to real estate, such as property tort cases, easement disputes and commercial lease litigation. Fields also has extensive experience in litigation and investigations involving complex accounting and finance issues. A significant part of his practice is in representation of accounting firms and auditors. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. at Boston College.
Anthony J. Ippolito | Orange CountyTony Ippolito (

private placements and venture capital financings; loan financings; securities offerings and reporting compliance; entity formations and governance; owner relations, buyouts, and disputes; and general contract negotiations. Ippolito has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical and medical products, manufacturing and retail. Ippolito earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. from University of California at Los Angeles.
Amber M. Mettler | Salt Lake CityAmber Mettler (
http://www.swlaw.com/attorneys/amber_mettler) is a commercial litigator who represents clients in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, antitrust matters, land-use disputes and intellectual property. From discovery through the appeals process, Mettler focuses on understanding her clients’ overarching goals and providing strategic counsel. Mettler has second-chaired jury trials in both state and federal court, and she has argued appeals before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her A.B. from Princeton University.

prupas) concentrates her practice in general commercial litigation. She has experience with all stages of litigation, including pretrial discovery, trial, appellate work and alternative dispute resolution. Prupas’ practice includes representing businesses in all types of contract disputes, complex tort actions and product liability matters. She also has extensive experience with personal injury actions, both for plaintiffs and defendants. Prupas earned both her J.D. and B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Benjamin W. Reeves | PhoenixBen Reeves (http://www.swlaw.com/

reeves) practices in the firm’s bankruptcy and reorganization group. He primarily litigates creditor’s rights issues under both state law and federal bankruptcy law with two main areas of practice. Reeves has extensive experience with foreclosure and trustee’s sales, guarantor and deficiency actions and the enforcement of pre- and post-judgment remedies. Reeves also frequently litigates issues involving receivership law. He has had substantial experience, in particular, with pre-judgment receivership actions involving the liquidation of distressed property, equity receivership actions involving disputes amongst business owners, and post-judgment receivership actions involving the collection of a judgment or the dissolution or a company. Reeves earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. from Arizona State University Honors College.
