November Homes Sales and Prices for Kettering Upper Marlboro

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- For the month of November 2014 the median homes prices moved up higher than 2013 prices in Kettering Upper Marlboro . In Kettering  12 homes are sold in  November compared to 5 same month of 2013 , a 7.5% increase. This according to the Kettering  Homes Market Report released today by Keji & Associates of Fairfax Realty,Inc.

The median sale price of detached home in Kettering is $259,400 an increase of 5.5% from 2013, the median sales price of townhouse is  $200,000 an increase of 14. 5%  from 2013 and the median sale price of condo is $108,500 an increase of  27.4% from 2013.

Other year-over-year comparison shows

- The number of  pending sales increase by 15.5%

- The percent of original list price  received increased by 2.5%

- The number of new listings decreased by 2.5%
