Maura Brennan Named Administrator for Wingate at Ulster

HIGHLAND, N.Y. - Dec. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Wingate Healthcare (www.wingatehealthcare.com), the Northeast’s premiere provider of healthcare and hospitality for seniors, today announced that Maura Brennan has been appointed to Administrator of Wingate at Ulster. One of three Wingate Healthcare skilled nursing facilities in New York’s Hudson Valley region, Wingate at Ulster provides short-term care, rehabilitation and long-term care services in a fine, hotel-like setting.

As Administrator of Wingate at Ulster, Brennan will report to Wingate Healthcare’s Regional Director of Operations and will work closely with the Ulster staff and management to ensure operational excellence, quality outcomes, resident and staff satisfaction and community collaboration.

Brennan is a Licensed Administrator who comes to Wingate at Ulster from Elant, Inc., formerly Fishkill Health Center, where she most recently served as Administrator and Executive Director for Elant at Goshen, an adult home and adult day health program. She began her career at Elant nearly 25 years ago. Maura earned her Nursing Home Administrator license from St. Joseph’s College and SUNY Institute of Technology and her B.A. in Community Health Education from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY. Her many career accomplishments include being recognized as Businesswoman of the Year by the YWCA.
