BANGALORE, India - Dec. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Based on a Skillogic survey on customer satisfaction of professional certification training, the main concern is rescheduling of the planned batches. Most of the participants are working professionals and, the change in planned training will affect their weekends and other personal planning. This rescheduling is one of the major concerns as understood by survey conducted by Skillogic in June 2014.

Training institutes do their best to ensure the Training happens as per scheduled plan due to low batch volume or Training / Venue availability reasons, the batches are postponed or rescheduled.

Skillogic is announcing the ZERO Cancellation Policy for professional training viz., ITIL Foundation, ITIL intermediate, PRINCE2, PMP, Six Sigma, Business Analytics throughout India. According to this policy no planned batch will be rescheduled/postponed whatsoever the reason. Skillogic ensures this with Fixed Training Calendar for next 6 months with Dates of Trainer and backup trainer pre-booked.

Procedure to enroll into a course:

1. Chose a scheduled training from website http://in.skillogic.com based on your location, course and discounts.

2. Participants can directly enroll from the website by providing basic information and pay token amount of Rs.2000/- through online.

3. The registered participants will receive a confirmation email within 3 hours with a Confirmation Number.

4. Participants can walk in directly to venue with ID proof and quote the Confirmation number to pay remaining fee of the day of Training and attend the course and examination.

5. Any queries they are contact service@skillogic.com and urgent request can be sent to request@skillogic.com . The request will be answered within 5 hrs time.

This Zero Cancellation policy is announced to be rolled out and live from 1st January, 2015. This initiative is the part of Skillogic Customer Satisfaction Centric strategy ensuring Skillogic constantly meets the customer’s requirements.
